Role: PM at Eightfold Inc.
- Problem (expand): Enterprises struggle to identify and close skills gaps in their workforce.
- Talent Design: Dynamic Role Library and Labour Market Insights help enterprises discover market trends ahead of time.
- Impact: Organisations can future-proof their workforce with no manual intervention.
My three year journey building and scaling Talent Design:
- 2021 - Eightfold collaborates with F500 CHROs to identify gaps in the talent design space.
- 2022 - Built a conceptual prototype in collaboration with AI, Design, & Sales.
- 2022 - Secured $800k in pre-launch from clients before any code was written.
- 2022 - Shipped iteratively with an amazing team of 8 SWEs, 2 AI Devs, and 2 Designers.
- 2024 - Grew the product to 17 live clients with over $8.1M in ARR.
Zadence (2024 - Present)

Role: Personal project
- Context (expand): India is undergoing a health & fitness revolution.
- Problem: An everyday athlete’s experience is fragmented and financially unsustainable.
- Zadence: A 360-platform that aggregates exercise, biomarker, and social data from over 15 sources and helps users balance short-term athletic performance with lifelong longevity.
- Impact: Help millions of humans increase their healthspan by moving better.
Currently in beta – Over 5,000 athletes and 20 events/communities onboarded in six months.
- Sidenote: Participate in the SEA Athlete Phenotype Study.
